Spectee has developed a system through the use of AI, to monitor the spread of pneumonia caused by the coronavirus based on the information available on social media and delivers it to the relevant organizations. Spectee analyzes social media in real-time to extract and distribute disaster and crisis management information. The service is being provided to over 300 domestic companies, including government agencies, local governments, and private companies. In response to the spread of the coronavirus, information is collected and analyzed in real time across multiple social media platform and languages to identify the location of the outbreak. Foreign languages posts are automatically translated into Japanese and the information is then provided to their clients. Currently, Spectee is working with several organizations to update the system daily to improve accuracy.
