Spectee forms Capital & Business Partnership with Sony Business Solutions

​Spectee Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO Kenjiro Murakami, hereinafter “Spectee”), announces that it has concluded a business alliance agreement with Sony Business Solutions Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuo Miyajima, hereafter “SBSC”) by underwriting new shares through third-party allotment. The shareholding ratio of SBSC after this equity financing remains below 10%.
