(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) provides data analysis services using artificial intelligence (AI) to companies that require AI development in areas such as image analysis, natural language analysis, voice and speech recognition. SIGNAL enables companies to use and develop AI quickly, easily, and cost-effectively. Although many companies intend to implement AI, the high cost, lack of data for machine learning, and long development process pose as a barrier and challenge. They could not immediately implement AI in their business and end up having do without it. AI development platform SIGNAL is a service which addresses these issues and makes it possible for companies in need of AI to implement it quickly at a lower cost. For example, companies can utilize SIGNAL to identify certain objects within an image. By analyzing about 10 different raw images necessary for machine learning, SIGNAL is able to reach the point that images can be processed with high accuracy. AI Development Platform (SIGNAL)

Disaster prevention information obtained through the AI analysis of images will be provided to road maintenance companies, local governments, and other business entities that require such support. Up till now, quantitative information for determining winter road condition and events that impact our daily life is mostly dependent on human eye judgement or require expensive measuring equipment. Through this joint development, the two companies will develop technologies to obtain information such as rain-snow distinction, snow/road condition, snowstorm occurrence, visibility, etc., through AI analysis of video footages. Spectee was proudly awarded "Best of 2017 Partner Videos" by the internationally renowned news network Associated Press (AP).
Carefully curated by our journalist team, 4 videos, including "Sandstorm Prevails Villages in Sudan" in June 2017 and "Mass Shooting in Las Vegas" in September 2017, were chosen as "Best of 2017 Partner Videos" based on the reporting value of the provided content and their impacts on international awareness. They were brought to audience around the world through AP on news media like CNN and New York Times. |
